Our Client is a recognised global leader in their exciting and progressive field of software development for the legal sector.

Full training is provided in the specifics of the role however the primary function of the position is to assist clients (legal firms) with basic software issues. You will liaise with clients over the phone, remote desktop connection and email to troubleshoot day-to-day user difficulties, escalating the calls where necessary.

The ideal candidate will be a top communicator who ideally has experience in a customer service role and in providing technology support.  You will be a true team player with a helpful and friendly disposition who loves problem solving and and has a strong interest in learning new technologies.  Due to the nature of the software and clients, any previous experience in the Legal and/or Accounting sectors (as a Clerk/Admin Support person) is advantageous but not essential.
