As Account  Receivable Officer, you will find yourself: 

  • Managing funds of Afea’s clients
  • Maintaining General Ledger and Accounts Reconciliations
  • Behaving in accordance with and be an advocate of Afea values
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

We feel it’s great if you already possess:

  • A Responsive and pro-active mindset 
  • Qualification in Accounting or relevant field  
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Outstanding attention to detail and problem solving
  • Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking skills
  • One or more years’ experience in Accounts Receivable role
  • Knowledge of NSW Disability Services Act 1993, NSW Disability Service Standards, Home Care Act and other relevant legislation is an advantage
