Founded in 2011, by Podiatrists & a Physiotherapist we have achieved impressive and sustainable growth and need to add to the team in order to continue this.  A major driver for ensuring growth is sustainable is harnessing industry expertise and experience to assess current systems and procedures and suggest/implement opportunities for improvements.

Our Head Office and concept stores are based in Brisbane, QLD. You will work among our beautiful new office space with our supportive team. 


  • You will have previous experience in delivering successful management consultancy advice within the womens footwear industry. Minimum 5 years experience.
  • Ability to put strategies in place to ensure product efficiencies are achieved now and into the future with a strong understanding of the footwear market and consideration of current fashion and trends.
  • Good attention to detail and be incredibly organised.
  • Able to work to deadlines & under pressure.



Salary package in the range of $70,000 - $150,000 including superannuation will be offered commensurate with experience.


Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assess current workflow processes and provide/implement suggestions.
  • Designing and developing products efficiently to satisfy the market and to take our customers forward. This includes taking products from initial concepts through to confirmation samples that are production ready.
  • Responsible for the enhancement of seasonal product ranges by; identifying colours, styles and relevant raw materials for the season.
  • Manage lead times and supply chain from concept to customers in collaboration with our suppliers.
  • Ensure quality standards and development guidelines are followed through the development process. This includes a focus on improving costs and efficient use of resources.
  • Pursuit of continuing and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Management of staff within your team including effective collaboration with the Design Panel – an organisational structure which impacts workflow and resource management.
