The role:

Due to Mondiums’ continued growth we are seeking experienced and motivated HSE & Training professionals to join our project team a play an integral part to the successful delivery of our next major EPC project. Initially commencing in the Mondium head-office in Perth CBD, and subsequently transitioning to site on a FIFO roster, we are seeking the following positions:

  • Senior HSE Advisors

  • HSE Advisors

  • Environmental Advisor

  • Training Coordinator

  • HSE Administrator


To be successful in the role you will possess:

  • Experience in a site-based role working on large-scale minerals processing construction projects

  • Certificate IV in Environmental Management or Certificate IV in OHS as a minimum for Advisor positions

  • A customer-centric mindset

  • Experience in writing management plans, toolbox development and delivery, data collation and reporting

  • Ability to relate HSE and environmental issues at a range of business levels

  • Knowledge of applicable Australian legislation

  • Incident investigation process knowledge such as Taproot or ICAM

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively prepare correspondence, reports and instructions

  • An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods

  • Proven leadership capabilities in building, developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance team
