Full Time Ascot Vale
We are seeking an experienced self starting, flexible individual to join an Accounting Firm on a full time basis.
Working in a friendly and fun team environment, the successful individual will be responsible for reception and varied administrative tasks.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Lodgement of Tax Returns using XERO
- Preparation and lodgement of other ASIC-related forms using BGL/CAS
- Accounts receivable:
- Daily reconciliation of the Xero accounting system in relation to client payments;
- Dealing with all telephone enquiries in a professional manner
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering the telephone, making appointments, responding to client
- Maintaining reception area
- Other general administration duties
Experience in XERO, BGL/CAS an advantage
Remuneration to be negotiated and based on experience.
Previous Accounting office experience is ESSENTIAL.
