Our client, one of Australia's largest colleges are currently seeking a Quality and Compliance Officer to work within their Fellowship division. This division takes the responsibility for training across all other pathways and education support programs and will be working closely with regional training organisations and remote vocational training scheme. In this role the successful incumbents will support the delivery of education content and assisted those in training.

To be successful in this role you  must have;

  • ISO 9001 Experience
  • Demonstrated ability with document and quality management systems and procedures
  • Ability to create strong working relationships with staff at various levels in the organisation
  • Excellent organisational and communicational skills including the ability to prioritise task establish and monitor schedule and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite

Your responsibilities in this role include;

  • Contributing to the development of processes which support the overall compliance and continuous improvements activities of the college
  • Providing informed advice and guidance to staff on compliance related topics
  • Supporting staff in ensuring quality management system documentation meets legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Conducting internal quality and compliance auditing
  •  Monitoring programs, procedures and outcomes through identifying and analysing problems
  • Researching and assessing staff needs to anticipate their requirements within their work area
