UniActive provides a world class facility to meet the training needs of individuals and sporting teams. The Health & Fitness team offers group exercise classes, personal training, and gym facilities for the local community in a relaxed and professional environment. 

Your new role:

As a CSO, you will be responsible for the delivery of sport programs, customer service, facility bookings and inquiries and general cleaning. This role will see you working with children in a sport related capacity including sports camps, active birthday parties, delivering preschool sport and fundamental coaching!

It is also highly preferable if you hold qualifications in sport coaching/teaching or extensive knowledge of a vast range of games/sports/skills & drills. 

To succeed in this role, you will have the following:

  • A high level of customer service delivery skills.
  • Energy and enthusiasm and a desire to help people.
  • Experience in coaching and the ability to deliver sport based programs.
  • Ability to problem solve and work within a team environment. 
  • Experience interacting with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. 
  • A strong team work ethic.
  • A current Senior First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain).
  • Current CPR/Resuscitation Certificate (or be willing to obtain).
  • Current Working With Children Check (or be willing to obtain).
  • This work is as required so morning, night and weekend availability is preferred.
