The Firm

Our client is a highly reputable plaintiff personal injury firm with an outstanding reputation across all areas of personal injury.

The Role

The firm is currently seeking a graduate or paralegal with at least 6-12 months' experience in Plaintiff Total and Permanent Disability/Superannuation claims to join its busy Sydney CBD practice.

You will work closely with the head of the TPD team, as his right hand lawyer, working within an established team of 4. You will draft submissions and run files and be given mentorship along the way. There is flexibility in the role with respect to the number of days you can work (3-5 days/week), although full-time is the preference.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 6-12 months' Plaintiff TPD/Superannuation experience as a graduate lawyer or paralegal, gained from a reputable personal injury practice;
  • A "can-do", positive attitude;
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a small team.
