Our Client is a globally leading software provider within the legal sector. Renowned for its innovative technology and progressive work culture. 

Full training is provided in the specifics of the role however the primary function of this position is to assist clients (legal firms) with their basic software queries and issues. You will liaise with clients over the phone, remote desktop connection and email to troubleshoot day-to-day user difficulties, escalating the calls where necessary. A high-volume role, ideal for people who thrive in busy and interactive environments. 

This role calls for tertiary and/or experience within the accounting field, ideally bookkeeping, as this knowledge will assist clients in using the software's accounting module. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solving team player with exceptional communication skills and a strong interest in learning new technologies.
