Customer Service Officer
The Customer Service Network is looking for enthusiastic people to join our Hobart team in a scheduled Contact Centre environment. We are a dynamic service delivery organisation that comprises call centre, face to face and archives services. Our dedicated people ensure the network provides high quality customer service to serving and ex-serving ADF Members, Veterans, Reservists, Defence APS as well as the general public.
The APS 3 Customer Service Officer role requires applicants that can work as part of a team contributing to an integrated service culture nationally. In this position people need a strong background in customer service with the ability to problem solve and adapt to changes in work priorities. Applicants must be able to demonstrate highly effective communication skills via phone and written correspondence.
