About the team

Consumer Processing's Third Party Mortgage Operations department is looking for Support Officers to be based in the Settlements and Documentation teams.

The settlements team process settlements from our mortgage manager and broker network. Our documentation team creates loan contracts for loans that have been approved.

 

About the role

The Support Officer role is part of the Loan Origination function. The key purpose of the role is to assist with the efficient, effective and high quality processing of Third Party Loan Applications.

This broadly covers documentation, funding, and settlement as well as data capture as required. Completion of these tasks ensures the application workflow is continued and service levels are achieved. Meeting these requirements will deliver an excellent service to our partners and enhance the overall customer experience.

These positions will be on a 12 month fixed term contract and are based in our day and night teams, roster by negotiation with start and end times between 7:30 am – 11:00 pm.

 

About you

You will have experience in an administrative/customer service environment and have:

  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to build positive relationships with staff, customers and partners
  • Good time management and problem solving skills
  • High level of verbal and good written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
