POSITION SUMMARY
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative marketer to join the passionate Nestle Health Science (NHS) as an Assistant Brand Manager. This position is perfectly suited to someone with the initiative and ambition to drive the ongoing success of NHS.

Nestle Health Science purpose is to Empower Healthier Lives by providing the highest quality nutritional health solutions for consumers, patients and healthcare providers – all supported by innovative science and research.


A DAY IN THE LIFE
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will get full exposure to the marketing mix. You will have the unique opportunity to support the brand managers with the current and future direction of our key brands.

  • You will be involved in NPD & brand building projects, strategy projects, monitoring performance (such as sales, market share figures and competitive reviews) and the management of budgets. Support with development of brand strategy & activation plans.
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics including sales volumes, market share trends and competitor activity
  • Assist with the development of communication strategies
  • Building strong working relationship with internal stakeholders, including commercial, agency partners and global marketing contacts
  • Develop and implement “best in class” launches for NPD and Promotional Activations
  • Management and champion of brand assets including image library, digital and global marketing

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • The ideal candidate will have at least minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business or other related qualification
  • Excellent communication and strong project management skills are essential
  • Digital experience will be highly regarded.
  • Experience within nutrition, pharmaceutical roles will be advantageous.
  • Management and champion of brand assets including image library, digital and global marketing

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.
