About the Role

With a rapidly growing presence in the Business to Business market, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Sales professional to join our team as a Business Specialist -South Eastern Suburbs. As part of our Business team, this opportunity will see you responsible for;

  • Grow our medium B2B customer base via new customer acquisition
  • Qualify, onboard and assign customers to personalised customer treatment plans
  • Build strong relations with our retail store network to build on local community partnerships
  • Proactively pursue leads to identify opportunities for business partnering
  • Collaboratively work with wider Officeworks network to help our team and customer’s make bigger things happen.
  • Develop a work structure that supports delivery of targets, KPI’s and business goals

About you

To help our customers achieve their vision for their business, you will be able to confidently articulate the benefits of our offering and have the capacity to provide tailored solutions. 

We are looking for people whom display the following

  • Strong communication skills to connect with a wide range of customers
  • Prior experience working in a sales/customer facing environment, with KPI/Targets
  • Ability to understand identify opportunities and build effective sales pipelines
  • Strong relationship skills to partner and support our B2B customer base
  • Self-motivated with a high work ethic
  • Ability to use internal/external relationships to deliver on effective outcomes for our customers
  • Valid Australian working rights and drivers licence
