Customer Service Representative

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be customer focused and have previous experienced within customer service and sales.

  • You will pride yourself on your sales skills and will feel confident recommending products and upgrades to customers.
  • Your problem solving skills will be highly developed and you will be able to provide solutions to customer issues
  • You will have highly developed interpersonal skills which will help you to build rapport with customers.

Key Skills

  • Available to work across a rotating roster, with early morning and late night shifts (including weekends & public holidays)
  • Full and open drivers licence and be confident in driving a a range of vehicles.
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt to a new system quickly
  • Ability to speak Chinese (desirable)
  • Previous experience in cash handling
