Our customers are our lifeblood at Sportsbet and our Darwin call centre talks to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is fast, fun and challenging and best of all you get to watch sport and racing live, while you work. We supply plenty of tea, coffee to get you through your shift.
Our operators spend all day placing bets on behalf of our customers and as well as supporting the CS team in Melbourne. We need you to make sure our customers get a best in class experience.
We are looking for great team players who are interested in sport and racing and have experience dealing with customers. You'll have a natural ability at solving problems and can keep your head when things get frantic. You also need to be IT literate and really great at communicating.
Weekends, evening and public holidays are a really busy time for us as these are when most sporting events are taking place, so we need our staff to be willing to work on these days and after hours. If you're a sports fan with a genuine interest in the Wagering industry then we'd love to hear from you.
