Human Resources Adviser

Incat Tasmania Pty. Ltd. is currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Adviser to join our team. This is a truly generalist role working across the full employee life-cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the entire employee life-cycle.
• Provide timely HR advice and support to Incat’s Management
• Develop and implement HR policies & procedures
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR systems and processes

About You:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a generalist HR role preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
