Our Client is one of Australia's Premier Commercial Project Builders having a successful track record of experience spanning over 50 years.

Due to continued growth in the Commercial construction sector, they seek to appoint the following roles to join their project management team based in Bathurst NSW.

Site Foreman: RBSF110 (IMMEDIATE START!!!)

Reporting to the Construction Manager, your duties will include:

  • Manage the effective, efficient and successful execution of delegated construction projects
  • Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with environmental, industrial relations, occupational health safety and quality standards
  • Ability to liaise clearly with clients and consultants
  • Assist Project Manager with site cost management and identifying cost reduction opportunities maintaining daily site manager's diary

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • 5 years' experience in a similar role within commercial construction is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous Australian construction supervisory experience
  • Client focused
  • Builders/Supervisors license

Salary circa $100K - $120K

Project Manager: RBPM108

To be successful in the Project Manager position you will be responsible to manage the safe, profitable, timely and quality delivery of projects up to $20M.  As part of your responsibilities you will:

  • Successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction through to defect liability and hand over.
  • Deliver projects in accordance to building specifications, standards and manage the specific contractual requirements.
  • Manage WHS&E Responsibilities for the project(s).
  • Manage tender interviews, letting of contracts; including subcontractor negotiations.
  • Manage the financial responsibility of the project(s).
  • Generate construction programmes to ensure detailed planning of safety, resources, time, costs and quality
  • Deliver your project(s) to the highest standard of client satisfaction and quality.
  • Manage the performance of the project team and be responsible for the development and mentoring of the project team.

Salary circa: $150K-$170K

Site Manager: RBSM109

To be successful in the Site Manager role you will be an excellent communicator with a passion for managing your own projects. Ideally, you will have completed your Building and Construction Degree / or Carpentry Trade and already have some other building projects already under your belt.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 4 years' experience in a similar role within Commercial/residential construction projects
  • Cost reporting and cash flows
  • Thorough understanding of the Australian commercial construction
  • Previous experience in the Australian Commercial Construction Sector
  • Extensive experience in dealing with subcontractors
  • Experience with WHS&E Responsibilities for the project(s).
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client focused
  • Builders license / relevant Building Degree qualification

Salary circa $120K-$140K
