Administration Manager / Assistant


The Company:
The Client is a well established consultancy who have been working in the industry for over 20 years and is continuing to grow and develop to this day, they have brought on a strong pipeline of work and are interested in an Operations manager to help run the company.
  
The Role:
The role will include Day to days tasks such as
  • Administration management and development of front line staff
  • Marketing updates including website and social media
  • Office manual/policy/procedure development
  • Implementation, follow up and review of important tender documentation of external applications and proposals
  • Ensure business compliance with WHS regulations.
You would need experience in
  • Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies, deficiencies and limitations in existing day-to-day operations and associated processes, procedures and methods.
  • Recommending and implementing optimal business practices, and operations functionality and behavior.

You will be required to have a minimum of a Cert IV in business/ Administration and have a working knowledge of MYOB/Xero and if you have experience in database/CRM and graphic design programs it would be advantageous.
