Program Analyst, Transformation

Who are We?

At Target, our customers are at the heart of everything we do.  Our quality fashion helps families live better by making it easy to love, easy to find and easy to buy online and in-store.  We are focused on delivering products that truly excite our customers with quality that endures and making life just a little bit easier for families.

It’s an exciting time to join our business, we are transforming every part of our organisation and we have a big change agenda with large programs of work to be delivered in the next 3 years.  We need an experienced Program Analyst to join our newly formed transformation team.

What will you do?

In this role, you will support the Transformation Office and Project Managers in the successful delivery of Target’s 3-year Transformation Program.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Support the Target Transformation Program, made up of a series of inter-dependent projects, to deliver the 3-year Transformation Roadmap
  • Build and maintain relevant program and project artefacts, and an operating cadence to drive consistent ways of working across all projects
  • Liaise with Project Managers to support delivery against the program timelines
  • Design, maintain and embed Transformation Program reporting frameworks and routines including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables
  • Develop, document and maintain the Transformation Program plan, schedule and calendar ensuring governance deliverables are produced in the timeframes required by appropriate stakeholders

What do we need?

The ideal candidate will have in excess of 8 years working in a large PMO, preferably with transformation experience.  Significant exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle is essential as is the ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of an organisation, along with deep knowledge of Program Management principles, approaches, techniques and tools, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

But we don’t just look for someone based on their skills and experience, our people work together and champion the Target values and behaviours.  We are a business where our values and people matter, and we need like-minded people to join us!

Target values diversity and we pride ourselves on representing the diverse and multicultural communities of which we are a part.

Agencies will only be engaged if required. Please do not contact us or send applicants to us unless requested to by the Talent Acquisition Team.
