About the role
This position on the Gold Coast, requires an energetic and service oriented person with the ability to develop rapport with a large customer base.
Provide and maintain a responsive Help Desk service to assist staff and students in their use of the School computers and information technology services on a priority basis.
Undertake preventative maintenance and routine repairs of all computers and associated equipment, in order to maximize the potential of ICT operations within the school.
You will be required to prepare for and undertake an Accreditation Assessment similar to a Microsoft Certified Professional certification.
You will also undergo a Working with Children Check and hold a Blue Card.
Skills and experience
A strong client focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound experience and knowledge in the Windows desktop operating environment, networking peripherals and Server 2008 on-wards.
A high level understanding of PC desktops, laptop systems, iPads and printer support including installation, deployment and commissioning.
