Client Renewal Manager
Our Client is an innovative, well known and widely used legal technology Co. who are seeking to grow their well established, high performing National team.  If you have a background in Client facing roles (Account Management / Client Relationship Management / Sales) and are looking to take your career to the next level, read on!

In this dynamic client-facing role you will be responsible for ensuring the longevity of the client base through renewing clients 36 month contracts.  You will be provided with the best training, equipment, mentoring and support to optimise the probability of your success in the role.

Reporting to the General Manager, Client Renewals, the position includes:-
  • Liaising with Clients leading up to their renewal date, negotiating pricing, dealing with objections by understanding the challenges and needs of clients and providing effective solutions
  • Maximising the productivity of clients using the software, confidently demonstrating new features, products and ad-ons at the time of renewal
  • Travelling to client sites within Sydney and across NSW
  • Logging all client activity in Salesforce CRM in a timely manner
  • Proactively utilising internal resources and liaising with internal stakeholders to work through roadblocks and facilitate solutions for clients
  • Attending conferences, roadshows, exhibitions and events, networking with existing and prospective clients.
  • Committing to ongoing learning of software features and benefits to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

To be considered you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Account / Client Relationship Management and/or Sales and any exposure to Technology and/or Renewals will be highly regarded.

Remuneration package includes base salary of up to $75K (inclusive of Super) + car allowance ($8K) + uncapped Commissions (OTE $50K).  Other Benefits include complimentary platinum gym membership, one additional paid "Be Me" leave day per year, opportunities to participate in an employee share scheme and more.
