National Sales Manager
Based in Brisbane, we are an expanding mobile phone accessories importer and wholesaler with a team of dedicated and committed people. Our vision is to deliver quality items at great prices. You will work very closely with and have support from the Directors, you will have the opportunity to establish new customers and enhance pre-existing professional relationships across the country and internationally.
This role is suitable for a proven Business Development Manager who understands how to build business who supply the retail sectors, one who can source developments and present to prospective customers. You will be tasked with putting a strong strategic plan in place for acquiring new business opportunities in the market and working with your team to execute your sales plan.
To be successful in the role you will:
Demonstrate a track record in developing new business, with the ability to establish and maintain new business relationships;
Experience dealing with large retailers will be well regarded but not essential;
Be able to develop strong networks in the retail sector;
Work to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs & targets;
Flexibility to travel as required, be hands on in meeting customers and further enhancing existing key relationships.
Develop and actively pursue a list of targeted accounts by creating individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts;
Become a master at building relationships with new customers;
Effectively and accurately manage our sales team to maximise all new business opportunities, setting clear objectives, priorities, processes and measurement.
Provide sales training and oversee the sales team daily
Arrange informative sales meetings
Spend time on the road with our sales reps developing best practices
Provide accurate reporting and effective use of the CRM system.
All HR activities - including recruitment & performance management.
As this is an executive level position, applicants will have a minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
