Hog's is a unique and progressive chain of franchised, themed restaurants operating throughout Australia.  With over 60 restaurants, at Hog's we are about providing quality food and beverage in a casual environment with an over-riding friendly atmosphere. 

We pride ourselves on providing a unique style of customer service that we call Hog'spitality!   With a group of like-minded individuals we are now seeking an integral team leader to become to join our Support Office team.

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our great team with:

  • Extensive senior leadership experience with demonstrated operational expertise and an energetic style that supports a positive and collaborative performance-based culture.
  • Franchising experience
  • Ability to lead and mentor a large team
  • Commitment to great customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and a track record building and sustaining strong and productive relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • High attention to detail
  • A fun and vibrant personality
  • Proven experience in achieving set KPIs/operational targets
  • Proficient computer and administration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and set vision and strategy in order to drive the franchise system
  • Financial and commercial acumen with an organised and disciplined approach to ensure effective oversight of operations, budget, contract management and financial performance with the support of the team.
  • A current driver's license

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving our company's vision and culture
  • Working closely with and supporting our Franchise business owners
  • Effective management to meet strategic and financial goals including Food, Bar, Labour and Operating Expenses
  • Management of the Franchise Support Team including hiring, training, inductions, appraisals and development
  • Driving the continued success and growth of the franchise network
  • Identifying future industry trends and new opportunities in an evolving market.
  • Analysing Key Performance Indicators to achieve financial success
