Receptionist/Office Administrator (Part-time, Ongoing role)

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. This role is suited to an enthusiastic individual seeking a part-time role (working Thursday and Friday, 15.2 hours per week), who can provide professional, friendly and efficient corporate reception to our clients.


As the first point of contact for all our clients, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and appropriately managing all phone calls and face-to-face enquiries received at Development Victoria’s corporate front desk;
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge of our projects to accurately assist our clients;
  • Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are maintained to a professional standard;
  • Overseeing the booking of meeting rooms and a fleet of pool cars and
  • Providing a suite of administrative duties to support the business including but not limited to: daily mail processing, providing event support, ordering and distributing stationery and business cards and processing invoices.

About You

The successful candidate will be professional, friendly, have strong attention detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in a similar role responsible for providing exceptional customer service within a corporate environment.

We’re looking for a team player ideally with experience using Skype for Business, finance/invoicing systems and intermediate Microsoft Office Skills.
