Customer service Officer

 

Based north west of the city our client is currently looking a customer service officer for an ongoing position.

Working in a small team you will be the first point of contact with customers and clients.

Working on the phone you will be taking enquiries, and assisting customer needs.

To be successful in the role you will need

  • Proven administration skills, including database management;
  • Good time management
  • High level written and verbal communication skills (including letter and report writing)
  • Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills;
  • Sound decision making
  • Proven problem solving and conflict resolution
  •  ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Demonstrable ability to work and be an integral member of a team.
  • High level of computer skills including MS office
  • Fast and accurate data entry ability
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
