About the opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Administrator/Loan Kit Assembler to join this reputable businesses Adelaide office, you will be working with a leading organisation across medical devices, you will have an opportunity to bring your depth of knowledge and experience from coordinating loan kits and assembling fragile breast implants into kits, and manage the safe discarding of the unused implants.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and prepare medical loan kits
  • Transacting all product accurately and within required time frame in ERP system as per standard operating procedure.
  • Manage all order processing for both internal and external customers.
  • Day to day maintenance & cleaning of kits.
  • Ensuring loan kits are dispatched and returned efficiently, timely and to budget
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace to ensure that the sets and implant storage areas are configured for efficiency and meet OH&S requirements.
  • Ensuring unusable kits are discarded of safely

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working within a warehouse, loan kit department or similar role is preferred
  • Breast implant kit experience highly regarded
  • Medical Device or healthcare industry experience is preferred
  • Tech savvy and highly proficient in computers is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and good team player
  • Energetic, positive attitude and reliable
