Expressions of Interest - Sales Assistant

In line with our ongoing commitment to ‘service excellence’, we are looking for Expressions of Interest from dynamic customer service professionals to join our Henley team as a Display Home Sales Assistants. This is a hands-on casual role, so you’ll need an excellent customer service back ground, with a bright and bubbly personality and a genuine interest in people.

Your tasks will include: displaying our beautiful display homes, marketing stock control and reporting. The position is best suited to a flexible individual who is available weekends, enjoys working as part of a team and has the ability to effectively self-manage.

This role is based at of our beautiful World of Homes Display Centre in Berwick Waters.

Currently the shifts we are planning for include: Saturday & Sunday PLUS Tuesday & Thursdays (10.30am to 6.00pm approx)

Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to a minimum of 4 shift requirements (incl Sat & Sun).

This is not a run-of-the-mill customer service role; we only want the very best people in our business, people who can demonstrate an unwavering passion for customer service and continuous improvement, and a mindset where exceptional is the standard.

To succeed, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Interest/Passion for a long term career in New Home Sales.
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all types of people.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Some knowledge or experience of the construction industry would be useful however is not essential.

We are looking for a person with a can-do attitude, a strong sense of ownership and an unflinching desire to see a task through to finish. Above all, we are looking for what can't be taught - the right attitude, exceptional values and the desire to achieve exceptional outcomes.
