About the opportunity:

There is an exciting opportunity in our Erina office for a National IT Support role to improve and support our staff and IT team across the organisation. The position's primary focus will be in the areas of computer operations, mobile user and desktop support and data management, to ensure smooth running of corporate systems and delivery of services to our staff and clients

The role will be based at our Erina office, however will require flexibility to travel to our other offices nationally when required.

The role will provide IT Support in the following areas:

  • All On Site Technology Support (Moves, Add, Changes)
  • Remote / field user support via appropriate communication channels (eg face to face, email, phone etc)
  • Phone Service, Handset Issues
  • Mobile Handset Issues
  • IT Asset Management
  • Liaising with IT Managed Service Vendor
  • Mobile App Support (Loading, Password, Application Support) in conjunction with Core System App Custodian
  • Liaise with App Custodian of corporate software suites and external IT vendors to ensure all IT Issues are being followed through and resolved
  • Deliver training to all staff for IT-related systems and processes
  • Assist in completing internal audits per audit schedule

Skills, experience and attributes:

  1. Relevant IT qualifications
  2. 3 years' experience operating the Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level
  3. 3 years' experience as an IT developer / support personnel
  4. Relevant and current experience with following software / technologies:
  • MS Access / VBA Development
  • MSSQL Server / RDBMS
  • Application development using C# and/or PHP (CodeIgniter preferred)
  • Microsoft Windows / Office
  • Citrix
  • VOIP (Skype Preferred)
  • Office Based Network.
  1. Passion and experience in Aged Home-Care and the desire to 'make a difference' in clients lives providing excellent customer support.
  2. High level of verbal and written communication skill
  3. Self-motivated, highly organised, disciplined and results oriented
  4. Excellent time management and planning skills
  5. Proven problem-solving ability with a natural aptitude for developing and operating systematic processes
  6. Ability to treat client information in strict confidence
  7. Comfortable working in a team environment with minimal supervision
  8. Willingness to learn new systems and be challenged by the development of a high growth business and dynamic industry
  9. Hold a current driver license and have access to a reliable roadworthy vehicle
