About the Role

As the first point of contact for our guests, our Guest Service Agents must provide highly polished customer service, have a genuine desire to help others, solve problems and ensure the best outcome. In the fast paced role as a Guest Service Agent you can expect a variety of duties including:

  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver prompt, efficient and polished service when responding to guest requests.
  • Ensure all guests are warmly welcomed during check in, check out and throughout their stay.
  • Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities and services through strong product and service knowledge.
  • Effectively communicate and liaise with associates on all levels and understanding the importance of team work within hotel operations.

To really flourish in this position you will bring your:

  • Authentic customer service.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Similar experience in a 4/5 star hotel.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
  • Experience with a Property Management System (PMS).
  • Flexibility in working a rotational roster over seven days.
