Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Are you looking for a part-time that will not only allow to utilise your great customer service skills but also provide you with great training? Then look no further!
   
Wow Recruitments is looking for a customer service gun to join a busy customer service support team, for our client based in Surry Hills. In this role you will be working 3 – 4 days a week, and you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, support the sales rep team and general administration duties.
  
The role:


  • Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new customers
  • Managing the aftersales process
  • Assisting customer with product and service enquiries
  • General administration support
  • Liaising with sales representatives, internal departments and customers
  • Other ad hoc duties on request  
What we want from you:


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bright and bubbly personality
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Willingness to learn

This is an ongoing role and the successful candidate will work every Monday and two to three days from Tuesday to Thursday.

This role is ideal for someone who is either studying or looking to step into a customer service/Administration role, perhaps you come strong retail background, or you have some experience working in a contact centre environment but looking to take that next step.
