Applicants with Recruitment background will be highly regarded.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract and generate new businesses from existing or new clients
  • Relationship Management and development
  • Develop a good understanding of client, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
  • Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met;
  • Development and implementation of key account strategies
  • Willingness to attend to calls and queries beyond standard working hours with the ideal resolution for both clients and candidates;
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and 'people' skills
  • A confident, positive and professional attitude
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • The ability to work well in a team.
  • Sound commercial understanding
  • Excellent written skills 
  • Technical competence /Computer
  • Motivated, goal oriented and persistent
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
