An opportunity for a Junior HR professional to progress their career

Your new company
A well established company based in Toowoomba are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team in Toowoomba for approximately 3 months. The team work closely together to ensure staffing processes and changes are delivered on time and individual and group KPI’s are met.


Your new role
A fantastic role for someone who is looking to build on their HR Administration/Coordination experience. You will have the opportunity to extend your knowledge in a supportive environment while taking the lead on the following tasks:

  • Produce Letters of offer and coordinate the pre-start process
  • On boarding new staff
  • Training coordination
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Assist with a variety of ad hoc tasks related to any stage of the employee lifecycle



What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will have a HR administration/coordinator background, ideally with or working towards a tertiary qualification. You will have a passion for people and a desire to make your mark in a fast growing company
