Transformation Associate

What you will do

Are you a Consultant with two years’ experience looking to move into industry? If so Ingham’s is seeking an Associate to join our Transformation and Strategy Team.

As a Transformation Associate you will work with our different business units to identify, analyse, and resolve key business challenges. You will work with our business leaders to drive projects and implement changes to improve how we operate and increase profitability.

What skills you will bring

  • top marks at uni (we expect you’ll have studied Business, Economics, Finance, Economics or Law but are open to other relevant fields);
  • fantastic modelling, communication and insight generation skills;
  • ability to build brilliant relationships with diverse groups of people
  • demonstrable commercial nous

More importantly though, we want you to:

  • Be curious: chicken is extraordinarily complex, challenging and interesting!
  • Think outside the box: our business remains a leader because we constantly challenging ourselves
  • Be hungry (…so to speak): we want to grow together

What to expect during our recruitment process:

Step 1. Video interview:

  • You will receive a separate emailinvitation with access to the online interview from our partner Sonru
  • Our video interview process should only take you about 15 minutes to complete
  • We know it might seem a little different but don’t be nervous. Our key aim is for you to show the hiring manager a little more about yourself and we think video is a great way to do so

Step 2: Interview onsite:

An opportunity for you to see the environment you will be working in and meet some of our team

Step 3: Background checks:

This includes: references, drug & alcohol testing and a medical examination

Step 4: Offer paperwork:

The offer paperwork can be completed online either on a computer or via a smartphone
