HR Business Partner

Reporting to the HR Manager of this 200 staff business, you will supporting key members of management in a very outcome and people focused role.

You will be responsible for
  • Support management across all facets of HR including people management, development and engagement
  • Embed company values across the business
  • Support the HR team with their strategic direction and projects
  • Mitigate any legal risk through compliance
  • Manage any employee relations claims
  • Ensure your day to day operations are adding value to key stakeholders

To be successful in this position you will have
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR
  • Previous HR generalist experience at Advisor or Business Partner level
  • Demonstrated capability in identifying innovative solutions to issues
  • Demonstrate and deliver on fast paced and high performance culture frameworks

Please note this business is currently located in Glen Waverley and they will be relocating to new offices in Moorabbin in 2020. Parking available at both sites.
