The role

We are currently seeking an energetic Customer Relationship Manager to join Programmed Skilled Workforce, based in Rockhampton.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, your primary focus is on new business and to provide high quality service outcomes to our valued clients through the successful, safe and smooth delivery of operational and client service activities.

We are seeking an individual that will continue to build a foundation for growth with a goal to become a proactive industry leader in the provision of managed labour hire and staffing services.

Skills and experience

  • Experience identifying and closing new business opportunities

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Hold a current QLD drivers Licence
  • Previous sales experience is a must

Ideally you will possess Recruitment Industry experience; however applicants will be considered from a Trade, Sales and Customer Service background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote new products, services and offerings from across Programmed to clients and field employees.
  • Ensure compliance when on boarding new clients, in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Deliver professional presentations and written communications to current and potential customers,
  • Communicate with integrity in all client dealings, ensuring that all promises made are delivered on and meet client’s expectations.
  • Coach and develop other sales team members where necessary
  • Proactively visit customer sites on a regular basis to ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded
  • Drive safety improvement through the regular delivery of safety talks and site inspections
  • Maintaining compliance and an accurate account history for existing and prospective clients
  • Engage key stakeholders through regular consultation and effective communication.
  • Assesse financial performance in line with budgets, identifying and directing strategies where necessary
  • Contributes as a member of the regions leadership team to foster and enhance a harmonious team environment
