About the Opportunity

Due to local and national expansion, an exciting opportunity exists for a determined and focused National Sales Manager to join the DM Plastics & Steel team in Adelaide.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate's main priority is to drive the growth of sale and oversee all aspects and facets of strategic sales and the sales process for themselves and their team.

Other responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Leading and mentoring the sales team;
  • Implementing and managing the sales and marketing systems, processes, procedures and controls;
  • Ensuring accurate and timely sales and marketing reporting;
  • Managing client relationships;
  • Planning and managing the company's strategic revenue growth aspirations; and
  • Managing key account relationships including mining, industrial and civil accounts.

The National Sales Manager will have five direct reports including three customer service specialists, a customer service manager and a dispatch manager.
