Finance & Insurance Business Manager
 
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this role is responsible for selling finance and insurance products to customers while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Southside Mitsubishi is currently seeking a Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our high performing dealership.
  
Duties will include:
  • Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience and by understanding all areas of the business
  • Building and maintaining relationships with your internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing your knowledge of our brand, products & services
  • Delivering value for customers
  • Accurately completing administrative duties as required
  
Key qualifications and essential criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience in financial or lending services
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and closing skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and driven by results
  • Maintain a positive and proactive approach
