Desktop support analyst

  • Duration: ASAP – May 2020

Seeking a Desktop support analyst to work for a leading NSW Government Organisation. You will be monitoring and maintaining digital operations services and solutions on a day to day basis to ensure effective and efficient delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Securely operate monitor and maintain digital operations services across all sites ensuring service levels, availability, capacity and resilience
  • Collaborate with all Digital Services teams and relevant frameworks to provide information on digital operations services supporting, delivery, development and continuous improvement of future foundation services.
  • Work with external service providers to operate and implement the day to day maintenance and monitoring of all digital operations systems and services, informing the functional lead of any risks, issues and performance impacts.
  • Collate and deliver information to monitor and maintain digital operations services reports and processes.
  • Contribute to operational performance metrics and dashboards for all digital operations services.

Experience:

  • OS- Windows 7,10
  • Software configuration of Microsoft Products
  • Lenovo, Panasonic, Lexmark and Cisco phones hardware
  • Experience in any ticketing system
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in delivery, implementation and operation of digital operations services.
