Customer Service Technical Support

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Technical Support person with excellent Customer Service skills, a strong work ethic and high levels of attention to detail to work in their Ballarat team. The role involves providing helpful, friendly and informative support to assist heath providers in the safe, secure and fast delivery of health-related information
 
The Role
  • Receive and resolve inbound technical support queries via phone and email channels
  • High level customer focus and ability to positively relate and interact with people to foster productive outcomes
  • Manage customer requests for upgrades, following procedures relating to how to handle particular queries
  • Action requests and ensure productivity and KPI targets are met whilst ensuring high quality service
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly
 
 
Experience Required
  • Strong computer skills and technical ability
  • Networking and mail flow knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and document all steps taken
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised and self-motivated with the ability to fast-track learning, in particular knowledge of the secure messaging software suite
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn with a customer service focus
