contentgroup is seeking a mature, motivated, self-starter in the position of Executive Assistant and Office Manager.  

For two decades, contentgroup has been helping its clients tell stories, influence change and strengthen communities.  Our mission is to help government and the public sector strengthen communities and improve the well-being of citizens through effective content communication.

The role

You will be responsible for providing high-level operational and administrative support to contentgroup’s Executive team-primarily the Business Manager. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of a professional and functional office environment.

The requirements 

You will have at least 3-5 years experience in an Executive Assistant and/or Office Administration position, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task to respond to a wide range of requests.  You should also have excellent computer skills, a logical approach to time management and problem solving skills. Financial reconciling experience necessary and HR skills a must.
