contentgroup is seeking a mature, motivated, self-starter in the position of Executive Assistant and Office Manager.

You will be responsible for providing high-level operational and administrative support to contentgroup’s Executive team-primarily the Business Manager. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of a professional and functional office environment.
You will have at least 3-5 years experience in an Executive Assistant and/or Office Administration position, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task to respond to a wide range of requests. You should also have excellent computer skills, a logical approach to time management and problem solving skills. Financial reconciling experience necessary and HR skills a must.
