Our Client

An organisation located in the SouthWest of Sydney who offer their clients a diverse range of technical and solutions focused services. To assist the General Manager they are seeking an experienced HR Generalist in a standalone role to join their team.

The Role

  • End to end recruitment process
  • Assist with payroll inquiries
  • Project management
  • Assisting with integration and implementation
  • All administrative tasks related with HR processes
  • Communication of company policy to the business
  • Prepare training/on boarding material for new starters
  • Interpretation of employment legislation and awards
  • Business partnering with Senior Leaders, Line Managers and employees to provide strategic support

The Successful candidate will have

  • Previous experience in a similar Generalits role.
  • The ability to maintain a level of confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail and a high level of efficiency
