An opportunity has become available at Wanslea to provide support to the Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) team across the Perth Metropolitan region that supports children with developmental delays and/or disability and their families

About you

We are looking for a professional, positive and energetic individual with extensive experience in administration support and managing a high intake of calls whilst maintaining a high quality service.

 

The Role

  • Provide administrative support to assist in the delivery of high quality services such as; handling a high volume of incoming calls and scheduling of appointments
  • Provide high level administrative support to the ECEI team to ensure provision of a quality service
  • Provide high level customer service via phone, face to face and email
  • Ensure the documentation and information management meet the requirements for the funding body, government agencies, service providers and Wanslea
  • Adhere to privacy requirements and NDIA’s Information and Technology usage requirements in line with program obligations
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of the goals in Wanslea’s Strategic Plan and the overall objectives of the organisation
  • Coordinate events including bookings, recording attendances, catering, preparation of materials and charges

 

You will bring with you all the essential criteria ….

  • Cert IV in Business and Administration or equivalent
  • Proven organisational and time management skills with capacity to be flexible and adaptive to changing workplace requirements
  • Demonstrated high level administrative support experience and skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in providing high level customer service
  • High level verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work in a team
  • Current Working with Children Card
  • Current satisfactory National Police Clearance
  • Current WA ‘C’ Class driver’s licence
