Our insurance & health team is headed up by 22 well respected principals across 6 states. The department is recognised throughout the insurance claims industry for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance (including public liability, CTP, product liability and professional indemnity files) and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry both locally and overseas.  

We're currently seeking a highly experienced Insurance PA to join the team in our Brisbane office on a full-time basis. Duties of this role will include:

  • dictaphone typing and amendments;
  • file management – opening/closing files and filing/e-filing;
  • monthly billing and reporting;
  • adhering to client service standards; 
  • drafting basic letters;
  • client liaison;
  • brief preparation;  
  • diary and travel management; 
  • marketing and event support; and
  • general PA and secretarial support.

We're seeking a senior level PA who has strong experience in defendant insurance. You will support a Principal, an Associate and a Solicitor and will need to hit the ground running by offering excellent support them. Experience with Excel and Powerpoint would be advantageous as well as someone who has worked in a predominantly paperless environment.
