A bright, enthusiastic people-person
A holder of a current certificate of registration (this is very important - you cannot work in our industry without this certificate)
A resident of local Liverpool general area
A first-class learner. Someone with a thirst for knowledge who can grow quickly into a first-class property manager
Someone with initiative, common sense and street smarts. Someone who can operate independently as well as work in a team
Someone who can take instructions, apply them to the circumstances and act in the best interest of our clients and the company
Someone who shares our Corporate Values of Excellence, Reliability, Integrity, Honesty, Empathy, Thoughtfulness, Cooperation, Hard Work and Continuous Improvement
We don’t mind if you have no experience. We are willing to teach the right person. Ideally we are after someone with less than 12 months experience but we are more interested in the right person.
Your package will include a secure weekly salary plus incentives after a qualifying period
