THE GIG

As a W Welcome Agent you will provide our guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get.  You will be required to have experience in the following:

  • Assist guests arriving and departing the hotel though the check-in and departure process
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Provide information on all facilities provided within the hotel
  • Make recommendations, upsell hotel features and related services
  • Assist in achieving the Welcome Team goals such as upselling, loyalty enrolments and Guest Satisfaction scores

YOUR LUST FOR LIFE

  • Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
  • Experience with OPERA property management system
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
  • Energised in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills
  • Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week
