About the Role

Centurion Transport is looking for an experienced IT Support candidate based out of the Perth Airport Depot. The successful candidate will join small IT support team, managing a sophisticated IT system on various platforms, focusing on internal stakeholder support throughout their employment lifecycle.

 

Duties

  • First point of contact for all IT Support requests
  • Answer internal enquiries
  • Provide technical support on IT hardware/software, business applications & processes
  • Undertakes the day-to-day support of computing desktops, corporate Standard Operating Environments and network peripherals such as Multi-Functional Devices including user access administration and other general IT activities.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues
  • Working with minimal supervision both independently and within a team
  • Multitasking between inbound calls and queue management within the ticketing system to ensure services are delivered within expected time frames
  • Support users remotely to all regions
  • Provide back up support to the team

 

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT
  • Experienced in IT with at least 3 years’ hands on experience
  • Solid technical understanding of Computer hardware and peripherals
  • Solid understanding of Windows 7 / 10
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Exchange / AD/ DNS / DHCP
  • Experience with Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016
  • Basic Network troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Be reliable, motivated and be able to work under pressure and changing priorities
  • Connectwise Automate experience desired
