Project Administrator
Our client is a well-established Engineering Consultancy firm located in the heart of the city near transport and shops.  You will thrive in this fast-paced office environment assisting the Project Managers with the coordination and administration of projects.
  
Your responsibilities will be:
  • Document preparation - tenders, proposals & specifications
  • Setting up projects
  • Managing workflow
  • Forecasting
  • Managing project fees
  • Invoicing
  • Data maintenance
  • Supporting the Office Manager
To be considered you will have:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project administration capacity within Engineering or similar
  • Project finance experience
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to plan, prioritise work and meet required deadlines
  • Excellent computers skills in MS Word & Excel
  • Previous experience with Synergy would be desirable but not essential
This position is to commence 28th January 2020 for a minimum of 6 months.  Attractive hourly rate.
