Business Information Coordinator

WA Return Recycle Renew is a small organisation making a big change. WARRRL is the Scheme Coordinator for the WA Container Deposit Scheme, Containers for Change. The scheme will clean up Western Australia, creating a better future for us all by reducing litter, increasing recycling and creating exciting new opportunities for social enterprise across the state.

The opportunity

This role focuses on providing support for the operations team including providing information and data interpretation to enable continuous improvement. Responsibilities will include

  • Completing and updating reports and visual management boards for the project management team
  • Providing data insights on how to respond in priority to volume and redemption rate increases and identify any operational anomalies
  • Coordinate and support the onboarding and training of refund point operators, processors, logistics providers and MRFs
  • Maintaining Registers for compliance records
  • Managing all operations information into and out of the master database
  • Developing, managing and reviewing ongoing internal operational processes, procedures and policies

What you need

  • Experience optimising reports and data into user friendly format
  • Advanced influencing and problem solving skills
  • Ability to deliver under tight time frames
  • Strong Power BI, PowerPoint and Excel skills (OACS experience is highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A satisfactory National Police History Check
  • A current valid Driver's License
  • A reliable and roadworthy, fully insured vehicle that you are prepared to use for work
