Our client, one of Australia's largest medical colleges is currently seeking a Program Administrator to work within their Fellowship division. This division takes the responsibility for training across all other pathways and education support programs and will be working closely with regional training organisations and the remote vocational training scheme. In this role the successful incumbents will support the delivery of education content and assisted those in training.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Previous experience administering training and all related administration functions
  • Meticulous attention to detail couple with high accuracy levels
  • Previously assisted in the administration of programs, courses and content  
  • Administered training programs
  • Excellent time management skills coupled with outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience utilising a number of databases along with Microsoft Office


Experience having previously worked within the medical education or regulatory sector would be highly advantageous. This role will be best suited to a candidate looking to further their experience within the health and or education field.
