Client Success Manager
Our client is seeking a motivated and energetic person coming from a Human Resources (L&D) background who is seeking to pursue a new career path. This newly created role is an ideal opportunity to use your existing HR knowledge in the exciting world of technology.

Our Client is a small and dynamic team and you would be the client facing representative of their boutique software company (offering a niche HR technology product).  This position entails developing relationships with existing clients who are using the platform (no selling) with the ultimate goal being to achieve 100% client satisfaction. The role involves working with clients post implementation to ensure they are consistently using the system to its maximum potential therefore contributing to client retention and long-term customer loyalty. 
  
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced HR professional ideally with Learning and Development experience.  You will have a professional approach & a positive attitude to your work, excellent written & verbal communication skills, be a good listener, problem solver and highly organised with top attention to detail.
  
Salary guide is up to $90,000 + Superannuation (dependent on experience).  Hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm working from offices based on the North Shore (parking provided) and with the majority of client visits being in the Sydney CBD (all travel expenses will be covered in addition to base salary).
